The matters we handle for our healthcare clients vary drastically. We handle everything from helping new physicians getting their first employment agreement review and negotiate that agreement to setting up medical practices of all types of specialties. We get involved with the Stark laws with respect to designated health services and how physicians can structure various arrangements so that they are compliant with Stark and all the applicable health care regulations. Healthcare is a highly regulated field and so there are many regulations both federal and state that apply to each healthcare transaction that you undertake. We also assist with the Anti-Kickback Statute and the OIG or the AG is investigating, the Texas Medical Board is investigating a healthcare provider or a physician or someone that is ancillary involved in the healthcare field. We assist in those types of investigations. It's our job to take care of the legal aspect take care of the regulatory aspect so that they have the ability to get back and do what they're trained to do, to do what they're specialized in and that's practicing medicine.
