What drives me to work hard is, I think, twofold. Number one, I just really enjoy what I do, and then, obviously, to work for the client and to accomplish their goals, whatever they might be. Some of the common cases that I handle are disputes between owners of the same business or business ventures where there are disagreements amongst each other, the parties. I also handle intellectual property disputes as well, so we do a fair number of cease and desist. And I also handle the representation of healthcare providers in different aspects of running their practices. The most important thing I like to convey to new clients is that the reason you're hiring us is to take this load off your plate. So yes, as the client, you need to be involved and you will be involved, but our job is to worry and deal with this on a day-to-day basis.
