On July 18, the Houston Chronicle hosted several hundred locally owned Houston businesses at its fifth annual Best of the Best awards ceremony. The award program celebrates the “best of the best in Houston, as voted by Houstonians.”
Hendershot Cowart P.C. was named among the top three law firms in two categories:
- Corporate Law
- Commercial Litigation

Keith Lefkowitz, Susan Hunt, Ky Jurgensen, Shareholder Ray Panneton, and Managing Shareholder Trey Hendershot represented Hendershot Cowart at the 5th annual Best of the Best awards event on July 18, 2024.
This is the second time Hendershot Cowart has been a Best of the Best finalist. The Houston-based law firm was also named a top-three law firm for Commercial Litigation and Corporate Law in 2022.
