Kristin Reis is a seasoned litigation attorney with nearly two decades of experience representing clients in complex business disputes and probate matters. Her extensive background spans all phases of litigation, from case inception through jury verdict and appeal, providing her with comprehensive insight into litigation strategy and client advocacy.
Kristin's commitment to protecting the interests of her clients stems from her foundational belief in ensuring fair representation for those who need it most. She brings a pragmatic approach to every case, focusing on understanding her clients' ultimate goals and developing the most effective path to achieve them, whether through negotiation, settlement, or trial.

A cum laude graduate of Baylor Law School, where she was a member of the Law Review, Kristin has successfully handled a wide range of complex litigation matters throughout her career. She has extensive experience with business litigation, including contract disputes, employment matters, and commercial conflicts, as well as probate litigation and will contests. Her appellate experience includes successfully briefing, preparing, and arguing cases before Texas Courts of Appeals and the Texas Supreme Court.
Kristin excels at taking the emotional burden off her clients during difficult legal disputes, allowing them to focus on their businesses and personal lives while she handles the complexities of litigation. She is known for her straightforward communication style and her commitment to providing realistic assessments of case strength and potential outcomes.
When not serving clients, Kristin dedicates her time to animal rescue and fostering dogs. She also served as a Big Sister for Big Brothers Big Sisters for eleven years.
