Crystal Batterson is a certified paralegal with over 15 years of experience in complex civil litigation. In her role at Hendershot Cowart P.C., she assists with pre-litigation and litigation matters involving general business, bankruptcy law, healthcare law, contract disputes, and real estate law.

Diplomatic and detail-oriented, Crystal thrives in a fast-paced, team environment where she can apply her extensive litigation experience to support the firm's attorneys and clients. She is known for her exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage complex cases from intake to resolution.

Crystal completed her Paralegal Certification from the University of Texas at San Antonio and holds a bachelor’s degree in health science. Her inquisitiveness and appreciation for learning drew her to the legal field, where she appreciates the intricacies and unique challenges that each case presents.

Outside of work, Crystal has a passion for health and fitness, enjoys gardening, traveling, and exploring the arts.
