A Baylor University graduate who went on to earn his law degree at the University of Houston Law Center, Brady Dunlop is a business attorney with a focus on both corporate law and civil litigation. He joined Hendershot Cowart P.C. in 2022 as a law clerk, drafting litigation and transactional documents and assisting with trial preparation. Brady joined the firm full-time in 2024.
Brady’s practice areas range from civil litigation to corporate law, encompassing breach of contract and partnership disputes to entity formation, transactions, and contracts. Marked by his professionalism and a dogged dedication to his clients, Brady has quickly become an integral part of the legal team at Hendershot Cowart, contributing to multi-million-dollar, high-stakes transactions and collaborating with lead attorneys on bet-the-business litigation.
