Alexa De La Vega is a litigation attorney who combines her background in healthcare, psychology, and statistics to provide comprehensive legal counsel to clients facing complex business and healthcare-related disputes. Her multidisciplinary approach allows her to analyze cases from multiple angles, developing strategic solutions that address both immediate concerns and long-term business objectives.
Alexa represents business and healthcare clients through all phases of disputes and litigation, from pre-litigation demands to discovery and motion practice to settlement negotiations and trial preparation.
A graduate of Baylor Law School, Alexa distinguished herself through her exceptional advocacy skills and dedication to healthcare law. As team captain, she led Baylor to a national title in the L. Edward Bryant National Health Law Moot Court Competition. Her academic excellence in healthcare law earned her the prestigious Ron J. Anderson, M.D. Law and Medicine Award, given annually to one student who makes the greatest contribution to the success of the Healthcare Law program. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with minors in Biology and Statistics from the University of Texas at Austin, bringing a unique analytical perspective to her legal practice.

When not serving clients, Alexa dedicates time to constitutional and civil rights causes and enjoys traveling and outdoor activities with her husband and their dog.
